Served on tap at the Baltimore location, a very light pale yellow with a thin head and no real lacing. Aroma is a nice assertive grassy hops. Taste is a simple pale malt with a big dose of floral hops, very crisp and refreshing. Medium bodied, highly carbonated, this is a crisp dry beer. This is a very nice example of a pilsener, a good seasonal from Fordham.
