Poured from a bottle into a pint jar
A - Good 1/2" head, thick and creamy, with solid lacing all down the side. Kinda stretches the definition of "pale" here, sitting more towards the Maibock/dunkel end of the color spectrum
S - lots of (lemon)grassy hop, with a touch of orange peel. Dark, bready malt off the back
T - Good balance of malt and hop here. More citrus rind, and a pils-like crispness following the bitter front
F - surprisingly medium-bodied for the darkness and the ABV. Stickiness doesn't linger, even going into beer #2 or 3.
O - Very solid brew, and at $8 from my local liquor store, can't be beat in terms of quality for price.
