This is a Fordham-brewed ale, served under the name Pachanga Ale at the Pachanga Grille in Odenton, Md. The ale is served in a cold mug.
Appearance: The ale has a nice red-orange color, closer to orange. There is a clear carbonation, but little head in the ale.
Smell: The ale is a little cold, which hurts the smell content. From what I can pick up, there is a light hop aroma that is not too overpowering. The malt is also clearly there.
Taste: The ale has a nice taste. There are just enough hops to make it known that this is a pale ale, but they do not overpower. In addition, the malt provides a nice biscuity taste.
Mouthfeel: The ale sits well on the palate, although I'd like to taste it a bit warmer.
Drinkability: Very drinkable, and with the good dishes at Pachanga, it is a great match with the menu.
