Poured a slightly cloudy copper color with almsot no head.
The smell, as strange as it sounds was almost buttery, with little hop presence and very mild malts.
The taste introduced some hoppiness and sweet malt but nothing very complex or interesting.
The mouthfeel was rather watery adn unimpressive.
Overall a decent beer but nothing to write home about.

I finally get to mine ...

Pours a light amber, little to no head. Solid carbonation. Pretty clear, almost a perfect apricot color.

Smells some apricot, spices, cant place the rest of the smell. Maybe biscut.

Tastes a yummy fruit/apricot. No hops to be found. Sweet and some holiday spices.

Bit of carbonation, sits well. Nothing syrupy sweet, but the fruit sugar level is nice. Enjoyable

Overall a nice beer. Definately has its flavor, though I would call it full. Good to have 1 or 2 every so often. I should have bought more. I am looking forward to my next one.

Thanks to JasonA for this beer.

A: Pours a thin, copper orange with some cold haze to it. Head came and went fast, only and off white rim and wispy bubbles atop remain.

S: Toasted cereal, strawberries, gentle caramel and sourness I'm having a hard time putting my finger on.

T: Begins with apricot preserves, cooked strawberries, touch of honey and toasted malt. Moves towards yellow raisins with brown sugar. Finishes sweet, very fruity and decently malty. Has a sourness to it which I can really only describe as red grape, oddly enough. A lot of beers have this flavor and its becoming more and more common. Finishes with minor caramel, red fruit and sunflower seeds

M: Thin body, medium mouthfeel

D: The sourness I was describing, I get the feeling this isn't always planned. Generally, I'm not a huge fan of it. This beer is over all decently balanced with a suitable flavor.
