Hazy golden with a low ivory head. Low carbonation but leaves traces of lace. Malt aroma dominates but light hop aroma when fresh. Tastes as it smells. Medium bodied and smooth.
Label states "German malt and Hallertau, Mittlefreuh, and Spalt hops"
Bottled: 03/14/02 Tasted: 12/29/02

Very nice aroma, fruity malt nose. Pours light amber, with a white head.
Tastes rather light for its strength, but with enough maltiness (somewhat fruity - maybe light apricots or pears, that level of intensity) for a round mouthfeel. It has a typically Dominion lager flavor (product of the yeast) - clean. Very drinkable, almost dangerously so - it finishes with a balanced malt-noble hop flavor that says "pour me another!" I'd never guess it was 6%.
