I had this at a bar while visiting a friend and this was a perfect beer for sitting outside. This Virgina Micro Brew was well carbonated. It has a sweet, wheaty taste to it and a pleasant wheat scent.
This was a tremendous relaxing beer. If you can find it, definitely worth a go.

Bottle into pint glass.
Slightly cloudy soft pale yellow color, almost like a white wine. A thin white head quickly settles to nothing. Very little lacing along the glass.
Light viney aromas with a bit of spice and coriander.
The viney aroma is repeated in the flavor, giving a grape-like presence. A light touch of spice such as clove. The feel has a bit of a bite with a lighter body. The finish is somewhat clean with the grape flavors lingering.
Not bad, but nothing spectacular. I actually enjoyed this one though. I also tried it on-tap as one of the samples at the brewpub, and it was pretty enjoyable then as well.

Bottling date 6-19-07; sampled on 8-26-07.
A: Poured into a weizen glass. Body is a pale, murky light yellow with a 1-finger bubbly white head. Some bubbles rising. No lacing on the way down.
S: Wheat up front, with a hint of spice (coriander, I think) and lemon peel. Slight funkiness too.
T: A lot like the nose -- wheaty and lemony with a hint of spice. Finishes clean and leaves almost no aftertaste, at least at first. Further down the glass there's a slightly sweet residual flavor.
M: Light in body, good amount of prickly carbonation leads to a nice dry finish.
D: Pretty good. A fairly refreshing, light summer wheat.

Served as a cloudy light amber beer with puffy white head.
Smell is fruity and spicy, just the way a witbier should be.
Taste have strong notes of corriander , lemon , and oranges.
Extremely refreshing. The perfect beer for a hot summer afternoon. (or after a long day of touring)
Perfect drinkability.

Tasted on-tap 05/29/07 at the Old Dominion Brewpub in Ashburn, VA.
(2001, 2002, and 2004 Summer Wheats were also the Witbier).
Hazy white-ish yellow color with a moderate white head that lasts. Decent carbonation. Light spicy coriander aroma and orange zest is very subdued. Nice balanced flavor with none of the ginger character found in previous years. Light-medium bodied and refreshing.
Per OD website: Coriander, Curacao, and Ginger.
