From notes, on tap at John Steven's in Fell's Point some time ago...
Deep brown with ruby highlights and a creamy light tan head. Fairly good retention, it does leave some nice lacing behind. The aroma is of a rich malt that has caramel, cocoa, and light toffee notes, as well as some banana, soft dark fruit, mild bubblegum and gentle clove. The body is medium with a decidedly dextrinous side, and the mouthfeel starts with a zesty tingle on the tongue before warming to become creamy. The flavor is lightly chocolatey up-front, warming into more toffee-ish notes as it crosses the palate, and finishing with light phenolics of banana and a clove-like spiciness. The alcohol is completely hidden. It's richly flavored, but not sweet or sticky. Exceptionally well done and highly drinkable.

Served on tap at the Ram's Head Tavern @ BWI:
The beer was served in a weizen glass. The beer was a dark hazy reddish color with a slightly off white, big, but light head with good retention. The beer had a good aroma to it, nice wheat aroma with some banana and maybe a touch of lemon. The taste was excellent, well balanced wheat and pretty well followed the nose. The beer had the right amount of carbonation which made it highly drinkable and very smooth. Overall, a very good beer and one that I will be looking for again.

Poured from a bottle. Recently purchased at Beltway in a rush. Cloudy brown with a handful of chunky yeast swirling about. Big, plus sized head with a tan head that leaves nice lacing after a steady retention. Banana wheat bread aroma.
Estery goodness with a bunch of bananas and cloves. Medium, chewy mouthfeel with enough carbonation to heft this one into the sessionable category.
Perfect for the style. Great spring/summer brew that is worth a couple.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle to a big hefe glass, the liquid is a cloudy brown with great carbonation. the head is a huge 3 + fingers of dark tan creamy fluff That lasts quite long and leave lots of lace. Barvo
The smell is great lots of pureed bananas on wheat toast, Yummy
The taste follows, the banana taste is great, roasty malt and a nice sweetness.
The mouthfeel is very good great full body, carbonation is excellent.
The drinlability is very good, the brew might be too big too session, but hey it is excellent for the stlye, The brewer hit the nail on the head of this one. And I had been kinda down on then lately.

Pours out of the bottle as brassy brown color. What little head it has dissapates quickly. Yeast at the bottom of the bottle is mixed and poured into the glass. Yeast particles stay suspended in the beer throughout but much sinks to the bottom.
Taste is very lemony with a hit of hoppy bitterness. Mouthfeel is fairly acidic with some maltiness to even the beer out. This beer has a moderate drinkablity, but only one or two in a sitting.

Poured a cloudy deep apricot color with moderate slightly off-white head.
Smell is full of bananas, yeast and spices.
Taste also has lots of bananas, cloves, and other spices.
Finishes like a liquid banana.
Very nice easy drinking beer. Nice middle of the road example of the style.
