Zombie Brown ale pours a clear, brown color, with not much head. Aroma is sweet, lots of honey, and just enjoyable. Flavor is very sweet, lots of honey, with a nice mellow malty background. Good body and feel. Overall, its a nice beer, its sweet, lots of honey.

16 oz pour at Ramshead Roadhouse for $3 at Happy Hour. Pours a light brown with a smallish head and not much lacing. Aroma and flavor are slightly nutty with hints of coffee, chocolate, and roasted malt and some earthy hops. No sweetness from the honey. Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated with no alcohol presence. Overall it's a solid brown ale.

Pour a 12 oz. ounce can of Zombie Honey Ale into a clear pint glass and discover an inert dark copper colored liquid. The aroma is sweet and malty, but mostly sweet. Any head and glass lacing aren't close to happening. Although it looks lacking, there is sufficient carbonation to carry the beer. It is a sweet beverage, with the honey taking a prominent taste roll. This is exactly what it claims to be, so anyone seeking this style shouldn't be dissuaded.

Pouring into a pint glass and the color is an absolutely gorgeous honey-amber with a moderate off-white foam top that depresses over the span of a 60-90 seconds. Pour is transparent, which makes everything viewed through the glass a golden honey color (a fun thing to try if you ever wanted to see what Midas touch would look like).
The scent is pretty sweet on the nose with some hints of the taste to come. Taste is enjoyable, with a clean, smooth feel up front giving way to sweeter honey-like flavors with a minute touch of bitterness. Perhaps my only qualm is that the lingering sweetness is a bit too much for my own preference. All around an enjoyable beer and would recommend to just about anyone.

This 6.5% ABV brown ale has 20 IBUs and is made with Pennsylvania honey.
Look-The color is a golden brown with copper orange hues in the light. The head is thin and silky and a khaki color.
Smell-It smells like molasses and brown sugar malts and toasted grain.
Taste-The flavor follows the nose with the toasted and roasted grain, brown sugar, and molasses malts. I also pick up on some slight hint of grassy hops and a mild almond flavor in the aftertaste. It is on the lighter side of medium-bodied and leaves a semi-sweet malty coating on the tongue.
Overall-This is a good beer. I don’t try many brown ales or amber ales (a close cousin), but this one is worth trying for sure.
