Extremely pale straw color topped with a white head that fades quickly. Aroma of yeast, hops, and apple juice is rather pleasant, but lacks the spicy zip of many wheat beers. Very light flavor profile, with a good citrus characteristic atop the husky wheat flavor. A hint of sweetness up front gives way to a subtle bitterness in the finish. Extremely light and refreshing, it has the palate cleansing power of a glass of water with a hint of lemon. But it has a nice flavor and a solid body as well. Nothing special, but not offensive or disappointing. I will try more Dominion brews in the future. I would have to say this beer held up very well for close to 3 years in the bottle.

2002 version of their Summer Wheat - A Belgian WitBier (2001 Summer Wheat was also the Witbier)
Hazy cloudy white-ish yellow color with a white head that disappears and does not return. Low carbonation for style. Aroma dominated by Ginger which is an interesting variation on the style. A good fruit and ginger flavor. Light-medium bodied and smooth.

Murky yellow color with a white, quickly dissipating medium thick head. Lightly spiced citrusy aroma. Somewhat carbonated with a wheaty, lightly fruity flavor. This is the typical lighter, refreshing summer fare that is not among my favorite styles. However, this was pretty good for the style and I hope to score some of their other offerings.

Pours a hazy bright yellow with a decent creamy white head that fades to a nice lace. Nice yeast and fruity estery smells with a faint hint of spices. Creamy, slightly biscuity yeast starts dominates with some subtle banana and vanilla undertones to it. Very creamy mouthfeel with a nice body to it, this brew is plenty drinkable and would go nice on a hot summer day.
