This Double IPA is a true beauty, packed with big aroma, flavor and abv. Local, raw white clover honey, added to secondary fermentation, contributes an earthiness to the profile. Copious amounts of Citra hops lend the citrusy, juicy bite while the Mosaic, dry hop addition, brings the fruity aroma.

16oz can. No dating information found. Black colored can with a gold and black colored label with red highlights.
Partly cloudy, deep gold colored body. Hefty white head. Leaves behind spots and partial walls of lacing.
Aroma wafts from the can and from the poured into glass. Pineapple, papaya, and melon.
Taste is quite fruity, with melon and papaya, and touch of pineapple. Residue of onion hangs over all. Some resin. Tastes "heavy", as in higher ABV%.
Fuller mouth feel, with some nectar qualities. Higher ABV% translates to more sweetness. Very good carbonation.
Lots of flavors but this includes the buzzy onion. Promising for this brewery, but not entirely accomplished. Overall gives the impression of laced honey.

A solid IIPA from a new brewery. Falconer's Flight hops really shine in this one.
