Blown in, like the prairie wind. Wheat and German pilsner malt, a kettle addition of lactobacillus producing a light, tart, complex, effervescent drinking experience. As in Berlin, enjoy straight up or, add a little shot of fruit sweetness, "mit Schuss". Raspberry, strawberry rubarb, or passionfruit.
