In channeling our Norwegian farmhouse heritage, this “raw ale” was brewed with Juniper tips, with rye, pale and Pilsner malt. Fermentation with Norwegian Kveik (yeast), was quick at high temps. Sweet, slightly herbal and funky and Oh so cozy (that’s “Koselig” in Norway!)
