Copenhagen 25/3 2021. 33 cl bottle from Brygshoppen web-shop. Plain white label with the name of the beer in black letters.
Quite explosive upon opening resulting in puddles of beer on my kitchen table. Pours opaque, hazy yellowish a huge white head. Fairly stable. Settles as 5 cm thick blanket of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet, lemonade odor mingling with citric notes. Peach and sweet blood orange. Sour citrus and lemon. Light on the coriander.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a medium strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sour and a little thin. Lingers shortly. Finish is dry.
Decent take on a Wit bier. Fresh and not too spicy.
