Copenhagen 20/3 2021. 33 cl bottle from Brygshoppen web-shop. A quite grumpy yellow smiley on the label.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor overrun by a stronger sour scent. Passion fruit and peach. Citrus and sour berries.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger sourness. Lingers shortly.
Fresh and appropriately sour. No reason to look so grumpy.
