A strong attempt at a hearty stout, but falls a bit short. Mouthfeel is really off from flavor.
Look- little head, traditional
Milk stout oil like appearance
Smell - not particularly strong, but pleasant malt, coffee and sweet smells
Taste - robust malt gives way slowly to supple vanilla sweetness
Mouthfeel - just not for me. Almost flat with no carbonation

Very dark brown with less dense tan head. Chocolate nose with essence of lactose base beer. Taste carries the expected sweetness along with the chocolate flavors. Finishes with a caramel quality like a sugar daddy. Alcohol hidden very well. Above medium body and below average carbonation.
