This brew leads with a lemon lime essence–think thirst-quenching Gatorade meets a juicy Jolly Rancher. It’s a medley of refreshingly tart key lime puree with a pinch of coriander and a hint of Himalayan pink salt. Expect a nice, light body with a tangy finish that leaves you wanting more on these scorching hot summer days. This one goes out to our brewer Shane who loves a good gose in the Texas heat and helped develop this recipe for y’all to enjoy.
