This time we used a dank blend of Galaxy, Mosaic, Mosaic cryo, and Azacca cryo hops bursting with tropical notes and bright citrus. We decided to lighten up the body a touch to leave a nice dry finish, extenuating the quality of these hops. It’s the perfect change up from that 20-percenter you’ve been nursing.

Hazy medium yellow pour, over a finger of fluffy snow white head. Nose is tropical.
Taste is pineapple, bright citrus, mango, resin, light kilned malt, light Wheaties. Mouthfeel is medium. Finish is zesty, resiny, lightly bitter.
