Copenhagen 31/5 2025. 33 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. A very flowery and colorful can. The version I am drinking seems to be brewed by the Barcelona Beer Company.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden amber with a big white head. Stable. Settles as an uneven, lumpy layer of foam barely managing to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet odor of ripe tropical fruits mingling with citrus fruit. Dry vibe. Peach and pineapple. Sweet orange. Lemon and lime. Touch of citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid DIPA - more bitter than sweet.

De color ámbar, con un cordón de espuma de retención media. De cuerpo ligero y carbonatación media. Aromas florales y maltosos. A gusto personal, en boca resulta empalagosamente amarga.
