Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery "Ocktoberfest"

Notes: Deep copper in color beneath a light tan head. Aroma is toasty and caramelish, and the flavor follows. Notably clean. Malty, toasty, subtle fruitiness in the background behind spicy, floral, and mildly grassy hops. Medium and crisp in the mouth. Nicely balanced and clean. The hops come forward as it warms. Very good example of the style.
