On tap at Southerleigh’s outdoor bar poured into a 16 oz plastic beer cup. Slightly hazy amber gold with A frothy head of white foam and streaky lace. Plenty of juicy tropical fruit of a hazy IPA, but balanced by fuller malt notes, caramel and vanilla sweetness, as well as nicely resinous hops and soft bitterness. Medium body with velvet smooth feel and moderate carbonation. A tasty Texan IPA enjoyed on a sunny Sunday afternoon during the Pearl Farmers Market.
