Most of Earth's landmass is located North of the Equator, and the dark of winter around the New Year is something only the northern half of that hemisphere experiences. This culminates at Winter Solstice, the day when the Sun spends the least amount of time above the horizon. This beer, too, is dark, but celebratory. Cocoa notes, a cranberry tartness, and an oatmeal stout base. It's a darkness you can relish.

From notes
Appearance: It has a nice dark brown/black color to it. It has a nice creamy tan head that dies down moderately and leaves some nice lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of roasted malts, chocolate, light coffee, cranberries and a light earthiness.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has some roasted malts, light chocolate and coffee, some earthiness and a light tartness from the cranberries.
Mouthfeel: It has a low carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied by good flavors and aromas.
Serving type: can
