Hunting is a rural and urban pastime that sometimes gets a bad rap from a few irresponsible individuals. Responsible hunters are environmental stewards that contribute to wildlife management, get out to enjoy nature, and once in a while get to put meat on the table. Our brewer built this easy-drinking brown ale to go with grilled red meats, and swears he'll save some White-Tail Brown Ale to enjoy with his next deer harvest.

Appearance: It has a nice dark brown color to it with some amber/copper hues shinning through. It has a nice thick creamy off-white head that dies down moderately slow and leaves nice lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of sweet bready/toasty malts, a nice nuttiness, some caramel, a light roastiness, faint herbal hops and very faint chocolate.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has some nice sweet bready/toasty malts, a beautiful nutty character, light caramel, a faint roastiness and some herbal/grassy hops.
Mouthfeel: It has a low carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied by good flavors and aromas. Solid Brown Ale.
