Bring on Spring! Frühlingsfest (Springfest) is our take on a Munich Helles, a traditional, beautifully-balanced, delicately hoppped and delicately malty German lager. We'd do lagers more often, but man, they take time if you're doing them traditionally (which we always do).

Appearance: It has a nice slightly hazy golden/yellow color to it. It has a nice thick off-white head that dies down moderately fast and leaves very little lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of grainy malts, a light breadiness and light grassy hops.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has a some grainy malts, subtle bready sweetness and some light grassy/earthy hops in the back.
Mouthfeel: It has a low-med carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied by good flavors and aromas.
