City and country Canadians alike wait for the months of summer, when the sun shines and the weather warms. This is hallmarked by the summer solstice - the root words of which are the latin Sol Sistere (soul-sister-eh, literally, "sun stop"). This toasty blonde ale carries aromas of pineapple and citrus, and drinks easily, though it's full of flavour - a session ale that might just be worth celebrating with the Sun.

Appearance: It has a nice nice light hazy golden/orange color to it. It has a nice frothy white head that dies down moderately slow and leaves some nice lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of grainy malts, a light toastiness, some breadiness, pineapple and faint lemon.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has some grainy/toasty malts upfront, some breadiness, pineapple, light lemon and a faint grassy bitterness. Somewhat of a dry finish.
Mouthfeel: It has a low-med carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied by good flavors and aromas. Tasty and refreshing.
