Late is an American Pale Ale that carries aromas of grapefruit, peach, and mango from the hops along with a refreshing bitterness, soft grainy malts, and a smooth finish. Late is so named because many craft breweries come out with an American Pale Ale as a first offering in their line-up, but we waited over half a year; and the technique for producing the hop aroma and flavour in this beer is called late-hopping. Better late than never, right?

Appearance: It has a nice beautiful hazy golden/orange color to it. It has a nice thick frothy off-white head that dies down moderately slow and leaves some nice lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of citrus, grapefruit, mango, papaya, light notes of pine and grass and a bready/toasty malt backbone.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has some tropical notes upfront (citrus, grapefruit, mango) followed by a faint piney/grassy bitterness and some sweet bready/toasty malts in the back.
Mouthfeel: It has a low carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied by good flavors and aromas.
