Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a nonic pint glass; canned on 02/06/2018 and obtained cold at the brewery.
A: Pours a hazy, orange amber to light copper color with a half inch, white head, little retention, and soapy lacing.
S: Wow! Aromas of apricot, peach, and tangerine predominate initially, but cracked grains are more evident as it warms.
T: I got a blast of pineapple in addition to the flavors above, resting on a light caramel backbone. Flavors decline quickly after pouring, so drink up! Bitterness kicks in earlier and earlier as it warms.
M: Remarkably light for a NEDIPA. I have to say light bodied with light carbonation.
O: This is an unusual NEDIPA. I can imagine drinking and serving it on the beach, one of my favorite places.
