Both below average carbonation and body
Aroma is malt,bitter/earthy,/floral hops, yeasty bread, citrus
Taste is similar to aroma, mild bitterness balanced with equal mild maltiness. Bitterness lingers in the aftertaste but not unpleasant.

A rather hazy pils, golden amber, light white foam top, scattered coverage, nice lacing.
A classic effervescent and grainy malt aroma pops out first. Lightly sweet and fruity hops, tangy and sour bready pilsner yeast with wet grass and summer hay.
A super snappy and crisp mouthfeel is refreshing with a dry finish. Light bodied with medium bodied malty effects.
A complex pilsner flavor for sure. The malt is very golden grainy, herbal and bready flavored. The bolder than normal hops push the boundaries, making it very interesting, but not sacrificing balance. A deep gulp shows off some light but fruity hop aspects that blend well with this muscular malt complexity.

Blurry golden with frothy white. Aroma of grains, light grass, light citrus rind. Tastes of honey grains, light citrus, light lemon, vague mango, mild rind, light touch of bitterness. A bit clingy in mouthfeel.

12 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 1/7/2019. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a large amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, lime, citrus peel/rind, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wood, mint, tea, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big lemon, lime, citrus peel/rind, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wood, mint, tea, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, lime, citrus peel/rind, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wood, mint, tea, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Very clean on lager flavors, with minimal yeasty notes. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. High carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is a delicious hoppy unfiltered pilsner. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great Lemondrop showcase. Very vibrant, dank, and earthy hop complexity; with a perfectly balanced clean wheat/Munich/pils malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp drying. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected.

Decanted from a 12 oz (355 ml) can into a custom taster pint; canned on 12/11/2018.
A: Pours a hazy, golden yellow color with exuberant head formation (essentially 6 fingers), excellent retention, and sticky lacing.
S: Aromas of lemongrass, coarse grains, and toast.
T: Dry. Flavor akin to nose: definitely citrusy, with barley and maybe a bit of corn. Surprisingly bitter, again for a Pilsner.
M: Light to medium bodied with robust carbonation.
O: This Pilsner is at the edge of the style, especially due to haziness, flavor characteristics, and bitterness, but really delicious nonetheless. Hard to complain about a flavor forward brew, especially when it is a winner. Just not clear that it's a Pilsner.

Mild haze to a greenish gold color. Moderate and lasting bar-pour head. Good ring lace with spots and streaks in between.
The smell reminds me of a brewery floor--a bit of stale wort. There's a graininess to the nose with an appropriately light flowery hop presence.
The flavor is a definitive step up with a malty sweetness (fresh cherry?). While the carbonation is high, the malt is rich for the style. The finish is like white pepper with a mild bite. Decent length aftertaste.
