Clear..(whoa, an IPA from NE that's clear!!!) Golden color. Fine white foam cap holds high and tight. Chunky, long lace too.
A sweet and tangy pine hop aroma seems pungent. Wet green grass, spice rack and random herbs with a honey sweet tinged malted barley thing. The nose is really nice.
Crisp-ish first bite, then quickly smooth and juicy. I like to call it "easy" for such a complex hop thingy. Light tropical fruits are juicy, then spice, herbs and tangy pine tree sap rides in to meld East coast and West coast sensibilities. Together, I find this very flavorful, easy drinking due to the juicy body and just plain fun.
