Banger #2 is our twist on a Cold IPA clocking in at 8% abv. A Cold IPA is a new spin on crisp IPAs without diving too deep into the lager style. Even though this beer is brewed with Lager yeast, the hops bring out a strong dank aroma of strawberry, orange, berry, vanilla, mango and melon. With Banger #2, we're experimenting with Lotus Salvo on the hot side and a combination of CGX Belma, CGX Strata, and Lotus in the Dry hop. Expect a crisp IPA with low bitterness and a tropical slap to the face.
