Banger #3 explores the limits of hop expression with a little help from microdosing. We took extra care with this batch, dosing it every day (yes, every day) during fermentation with a blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops resulting in layers of complex hop character that you just can't find in a traditional dry-hopped beer. Intense and elaborate hop aromas mingle with huge tropical and citrus flavors all backed by an exceptionally light cracker-like malt base that finishes silky smooth with low bitterness.
