Part of a Lord Hobo Variety 12pk. Purchased at Pennridge Beverage, Perkasie, PA
Pours a very dark brown, almost black color. A dense, two-finger, dark beige colored head on the initial pour. Sticky lacing left on the sides of the glass.
Slightly sweet, caramel aroma.
A good stout. As advertised, the flavor profile leans toward the sweeter side with vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate, roasted malts with a slightly bitter aftertaste. The ABV is well hidden.
Creamy mouthfeel, medium carbonation.
Overall, a very tasty stout, especially after letting it rest a bit. Nice brew, Lord Hobo…cheers!
