Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazy yellow-golden color with a two finger head of white foam. The head has a good level of retention, fading slowly over time and leaving a good sum of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of a lemonade and grainy smell mixed wit notes of bread. Other light notes of coriander and some wheat are there as well.
Taste – The taste starts with a mix of wheat and grain, with a rather strong showing of lemonade and sweet lemonhead candy. The taste is not overly sweet, but still rather balanced. The sourness, while lighter upfront, gets a bit stronger as the taste advances. Toward the end a touch of herb joins in and leaves on with a moderately lemony and rather easy natured taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel -The body of the brew is light and crisp with a moderate level of carbonation. For the style and abv, the feel is nice and makes for an easy summer drinker.
Overall – A rather nice summer sipper.
