It's back! And, better than ever! Our old friend Glorious is back in the lineup for a limited time. With some of the new research that's been done on hops the last few years, we've taken another look at the recipe and made this old favorite more... well... Glorious. This beer still hits the same with familiar notes of tropical fruit and peach that comes from the big Galaxy dry hop, but after a couple of tweaks we've been able to amplify the hop character and round it out a bit more. We've also added a 2nd dry hop with more Galaxy and touch of Simcoe to bring this version to the next level.

Poured from a growler into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazy yellow-orange color with a small head of white foam. The head has a good level of retention, fading over time and leaving a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of a grapefruit aroma mixed with smells of pine and earth. Along with these smells comes a strong showing of tropical fruits of guava and passionfruit, along with notes of a bready malt and some smell of white pepper and stone fruits of pear and apricot.
Taste – The taste begins with a bready and cracker malt flavor mixed with some tastes of tangerine and apricot/peach. Like the nose suggested there are a nice hop hit of grapefruit and pine, along with a bit of lychee fruit and guava. As the taste advances the hop gets a bit more intense, while the sweet remains rather constant. A light spice and pepper come toward the end, and with a bit of yeastcake and a quick surge in the green pine, one is left with a somewhat crisp, and well hopped taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium to slightly lighter for the abv. with a carbonation level that is on the moderate side. For the style and the tastes the feel is quite nice and makes for a good sipper.
Overall – A quite nice dry hopped brew, with a nice blend of crispness, green/raw hop, and fruitiness.
