Poured from a can into a snifter
Appearance- The beer pours a deep brown color with a small head of tan colored foam. The head fades quite quickly leaving a ton of foamy and streaky lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of coffee and crème as well as some notes of caramel and molasses. There is also a big roasty and toasty smell along with a bit of vanilla and a touch of smoke.
Taste – The taste starts with a big roasty and toasty malt flavor mixed with lots of coffee and crème. There is also some vanilla and caramel as well as notes of brown sugar and molasses. As the taste advances the sweet gets a bit more intense, while the coffee decreases a bit. Some smoke and char develop at the very end, and with a bit of a surge of the sweet, one is left with a nice roasty, and toasty coffee liquor like taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is creamy with a lower carbonation level. Overall the feel is good and makes for a nice slow sipper.
Overall – A rather tasty coffee centric brew. Overall a nice dark sipper.

Pours black with a 1F tan head and moderate filmy lacing.
Smells of toasted malt. coffee and booze.
Tastes of roasted malt, coffee, and vanilla with a lightly bitter, slightly boozy warm finish.
Medium light body with light carbonation, Smooth, lightly lush mouthfeel.
This is a tasty, too drinkable stout, I appreciate its relatively light body and its un-cloy sweetness.
