Near black color with no light cutting through at all. Poured with virtually no head. No lace.
Semisweet chocolate with an oily alcohol presence. There's a sherry-like smell -- lots of raisin and sweet bread, like a challah.
Thinner body than I expected but the carbonation is way down as well. There's a booziness to the taste that dominates the other flavors of semisweet chocolate and cookies dough.
