An exellent ale to complete your meal while touring the Adirondack's in the colourfull fall.
This brown ale is made from extra dark maple syrup produced right in Placid from the Uihlein Sugar Maple Farm.
The colour is a ruby/black with carbonation I believe to be on the light side of medium.
A very light crown with minor lace and limited cling.
The body is medium/full and the aroma of malts and maple.
This brew has an exelent maple taste that is not overpowering and balanced well with the hops...very little after taste.
