Enjoyed on-tap at the brewpub. Presented in a pint glass.
3/4" beige head over the clear amber brew. Aroma was sweet and malty. Taste was similar, with nice nutty but sweet grains, possibly a bit too much, but still good. Mouthfeel was smooth, and drinkability was quick, had a couple with lunch. Nice brew, possibly a bit strong for a maibock, but overall I enjoyed it a lot.
