Since 2015 this company has been putting out, what some have told me, are some good beers in Southport, NC. The blonde ale was quite nice. I'll admit to getting it due to the art work but sometimes the cover can be a decent preview of things to come. This ale pours well and you have a wonderful gold. The nose is mixed with fruit and hops. A nice prelude to the taste. The taste follows the nose fairly well. The caramel malts come through with a bit of a punch. There is a note of Pomegranate that was almost too subtle for me. However, it did accent the overall flavor quite well. The mouthfeel was medium and crisp.
