Our Double IPA with its aggressive hop presence was chosen to highlight the dawn of air combat. In the beginning of the war, planes were used for primarily reconnaissance. Aerial Aggression between aircraft first was merely yelling and gesturing. Then hand grenades and grappling hooks were thrown at enemy aircraft. Handguns were also used but proved ineffective. In Sept 1914 the first plane purposefully crashed into another. It only took about a month before machine guns were then mounted to aircraft. It was French Pilot Louis Quenault that mounted the first cockpit weapon and first shot at a German aircraft on Oct 5 1914. The Dogfight was now a reality.

I don't know if it was just a bad batch, but the 6 pack I got tasted like a drink I had in high school when someone's cigarette butt had fallen into it. However, my friend and I each had a full one yesterday, and I'm drinking another right now.
