Pour out amber and hazy. Not much foam. For the smell, I can smell pineapple, tropical fruit and a piney note. Nice bitterness at the end. It's a mix of hops: Chinook, Simcoe,Citra, Ekuanot. Nice carbonation. The brewery says it goes well with pulled pork poutine and Lac St-Jean cheese.
