Nitro pour
Appearance: Arrives coffee colored with a look that screams "nitro" and leaves curtains of lacing
Smell: Fruity and tart, with pineapple and toasted brown bread tones
Taste: Toasted brown bread flavor builds a base while lactic pineapple tones bring another dimension; the mid-palate adds peach and oak while the finish is somewhat vinous
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and creamy; moderate carbonation
Overall: Enjoyable and refreshing; quite creative
