Pours light hazy, pale gold. Short, foamy, off-white head that Fades immediately.

Smells tart citrus, lemon, light Funk and quite tart.

Tastes tart lemon, citrus peel, bready malt. Followed by light sweetness, light funk and grain. Finishes Dry with a citrus peel linger. Lighter body and fizzy lower carbonation.

A: A light pale yellow in color with some haze, and no head.

S: Lemony tartness up front, with a touch of cider and some earthy funk.

T: Light with a lemon tartness, and a touch of citrus. Faint floral and earthy notes, I can't pick out the additions, but I'd really like to be able to. Still a fine tasting beer.

M: Medium light in body, moderate carbonation, and a tart finish.

O: Overall tasty, but I'd like to see the additions make a bigger appearance. Trappist Seville orange marmalade sounds awesome, I wish I could taste it.

Clean sour. Relative one-note in its palate. It's not a bad beer, there just nothing particularly inspired here. It's a sour by definition, but where's the artistry?

A nice brew from Urban artifact.

Yellow color-small white head-zero lacing.

Tart lemon, some light spice. Prickly carbonation and light bodied. Thirst quenching and quafable.

Decent effort and pretty enjoyable. Nothing stands out but worth a try if you like the style.

Tart white ale brewed with orange marmalade, coriander, and rose petals. Poured from a can into an Urban Artifact Thoroughbred tulip. The pour is very hazy and light straw in color with an impressive bloom for a sour beer. Good retention for a sour (poor for a wit). The nose is dry and musty with notes of band-aids, stone fruit, lemon, fresh linen, and granny smith apples.

Light body with a mild, tart flavor and a thin feel. Up front I get unsalted crackers and lemon, then the lemon intensifies at mid-palate and carries through the finish, which also has some coriander and grape must.

An interesting take on a wit. Very refreshing. It's awfully hard to judge a beer like this because it tastes a lot different depending on whether you're sitting in your living room on a cool day than when you just finished mowing the yard and you need some quick refreshment.. I may buy more of this to tide me over as a ``post-yard work beer'' until Urban Artifact comes up with a new Gose.

This is some kind of great beer. It may be hard to put a name on it since it has enormous violation of traditional ingredients. Oh my. Actually, the achievement is adding all that stuff and still being true to the underlying style. They just cheated their way to greatness.

It's a pale yellow with little head that lasts. Cloudy. The aroma is odd. This is where the cheater ingredients (coriander and orange marmalade) are obvious. The taste, on the other hand, is the real deal. It may be a little too sour for the style, and maybe too sweet, but I really like this imbalance.

Highly recommended. I hope they still have more at the store.

Minimal carbonation, and the tartness is more present on the nose, but balanced and refreshing with a mellow finish. Satisfied with my first offering of urban's
