On the nose is ripe and almost overripe fruits. The taste is a little sweet and tart doing a great job of reflecting the fruits inside. The pallet is lightly carbonated in a way that serves to enhance the other elements. Another great 'sour' from Urban Artifact.

Audibly fizzy effervescent creamy light khaki colored froth with limited retention... Don't blink or you may miss it... Color is a muted slightly hazy pale peach.... A moderate amount of small bubbled sluggish carbonation rises throughout... Fruity nose of guava, banana and passion fruit... Lots of depth and complexity... Palate is a bit more muddled with the banana taking the forefront... Also mixed in is some buttery biscuit and faint spices... Feel is on the lighter side of medium... Loaded with aggressive carbonation and a slight sour pucker... Interesting and enjoyable brew...

This beer tastes good but the guava is so dominant it essentially tastes like Teak to me. It's a little sweeter maybe from the banana but yeah it's kind of a guava bomb
I'd like to give it a higher rating but I really don't get as much banana as I'd like, the passionfruit will blend seamlessly with guava so no complaint there really. If this was only a guava sour I might give it the max rating.

Canned 7/7/21. A bit old but oh well
I’ve never had Urban Artifact before but I hear they’re good at Kettle Sours and I have a few in the fridge. This one is quite the odd blend of fruits, with guava, banana, and passionfruit. I’m not sure why it’s listed as a Fruit & Field Beer, but perhaps it’s not tart enough to qualify as a Kettle Sour. Let’s find out
Pours a cloudy brownish orange with 2 fingers of off white head that quickly fades to a nothing and leaves no lacing
Man, this is a straight up guava bomb in taste. I’m picking up on aromas of earthy guava, tart mango, orange juice, passionfruit, lemon zest, and a touch of banana
This really reminds me of drinking Goya guava juice as a kid, just with a little added punch to it. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting tart guava, lemon juice, passionfruit, apple skin, underripe banana, crackery malt, and light orange juice. The swallow brings notes of earthy guava, banana cream, orange juice, lemon juice, and light crackery malt
A medium body pairs with gentle tingling carbonation, resulting in a creamy yet tart beer. Finishes truly neutral with a balanced tartness
It may be the age, but I suppose this isn’t really that tart. It really is just guava juice but its stull good stuff

Pours a bright ruby, orange purée like liquid. Very little head if any, no retention or lacing. Smell is tart. Taste is tart. I really had a hard time identifying any other flavor elements than just extreme sour. Feel was full and velvety. I think this one needed a bit more sweet fruit element to balance it out.

These guys make great tarts and sours.... I was surprised to find out I had not had this one before and I'm glad I tried..... It's got a little kick to it in the ABV is kind of high... Thumbs up!

At the 859 taproom in a snifter.
Milky reddish color with lacing like a structured wallpaper.
Big banana aroma.
It drinks like a slushy, very think consistency.
It's definitely not what I would call a beer but absolutely worth the experience.
