Keypunch - Lime Salsa

16 ounce can, canned on 05/04/23, this is the May 2023 Small Batch Society release of this beer labeled as Keypunch Salsa. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a slightly hazy gold color with about an inch white head that stuck around a little bit. Decent amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like serrano peppers, green onions, peppercorns, and some sea salt. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some key lime, coriander and bit of bready flavors noticeable too. To me the serrano pepper, peppercorn and oniony flavors stand out without overpowering the other flavors. Peppery heat is light but definitely noticeable. Mouthfeel/body is light, it's smooth and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. Would be pretty tasty on a hot day, but I think it's good today too. I liked it!
