12 fl oz can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours golden with a slight haze. It is topped with a fleeting head.
Not much aroma. I get briny orange notes.
Tart orange flavor. I get a light salty flavor.
Light bodied with a dryish mouthfeel
It's a slightly ramped up version of a classic gose. Light and refreshing. I could drink a million of these on a hot summer day.

12 oz can into a tulip glass.
Pours a lightly hazy golden orange color with minimal head and lacing. Typical for the style.
Aromas of orange and grapefruit peel with plenty of coriander and sea salt. A little bit of lime zest.
The flavor follows the nose: Loads of orange flesh, grapefruit, lime and sea salt. Not as much coriander as the nose but still plenty there. The vanilla is incredibly faint but it's there if you let the beer warm up a bit.
The feel is medium-light bodied with good carbonation. Crisp and lightly dry on the finish. Very drinkable.
Overall this is a pretty good fruited gose. The vanilla is pretty much non-existent, but that's probably for the betterment of the beer. Could use more salinity but otherwise a nice, crushable sour.

Appearance - Pours clear golden color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a thin ring.
Aroma - The coriander comes out mainly along with the orange, hint of salt not really getting any vanilla in the nose but that is not surprising since the orange is so strong.
Taste - Yeah much more salt in the taste and I like it. Orange is a little more subdued but still for front I still struggle to find the vanilla but that is fine, the orange and salt work well together.
Feel - light bodied crisp well carbonated hint of dryness really easy drinking.
Overall - Hints the mark well for an orange gose, great flavors easy drinking.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 1/23/2019. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of juicy, lightly tart/tangy oranges, lemon, lime, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light vanilla/peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of oranges, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, salt, moderate pale/wheat malts, and light vanilla notes; with solid strength. Taste of juicy, lightly tart/tangy oranges, lemon, lime, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light vanilla/peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang; light coriander spiciness, and zesty bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy/tart/tangy oranges, lemon, lime, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light vanilla/peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of oranges, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, salt, moderate pale/wheat malts, and light vanilla flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness, tangy fruit, and coriander spiciness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/acidic/tangy, and lightly sticky/saline balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a delicious fruited gose. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of oranges, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, salt, moderate pale/wheat malts, and light vanilla flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp/clean to drink; with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Not overly lactic or salty. very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesome balance of juicy oranges, Lacto complexity, coriander, salt, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example.
