Sparkling pale gold with a frothy white head that dies to a bubbly ring, while the body becomes muddy tan-yellow if you let too much sediment out of the bottom of the bottle.
The medium-light body has a soft fizzy effervescence that delivers flavors of raspberry-lemon tea, olive brine, dusty white wine oak and even herbal gin, finishing semi-dry.
This is definitely a unique sour that seems to get better with age, as I've had a few bottles over time.
