Poured into a pint glass this Brew was a golden orange brown color with 2 inches of head that faded fairly quickly with heavy brown sediment.
Aroma was tart with strawberries and a slight malty quality.
Flavor was fruited and slightly sour with hints of strawberries mixed with oak. Minimal bitterness.
The field was crisp and liked. Very crushable and great on a hot summer day.
A very good sour ale with an interesting mix with the oak and strawberry notes. Goes down way too fast I wish I had more.
