16.9 ounce corked and caged bottle, 2019 vintage, purchased at the taproom a few months ago. Served in a chalice, the beer pours a gold/amber color with about a half inch cola-like off-white head that fizzled away quickly. Pretty much no lacing. Aroma is nice but a bit subtle, the brew smells like mango, chili peppers, salt and bready malt. Luckily the taste has more kick! The brew tastes like mango, salt, habanero/chili peppers, lime zest and some earthiness. I pick up a spicy pickle-like flavor, of course that could be from the sea salt but the flavor reminds me of eating a spicy pickle. Tart, spicy and fruity, there's a lot going on here. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's slick and smooth with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a unique enjoyable brew, I'd like to try this again in the future!

Foggy burnt orange with a fizzy khaki head dying quickly.
The effervescence sends CO2 up and thru the nose, like the first sip of a just opened can of aggressive soda stinging the nostrils. This super effervescent flavor bomb is really sense awakening, with its potent mango sorbet tartness and punch of spice. The habanero heats builds over time, but not too harshly, while a vanilla character seems to develop as well. The second sip adds notes of yellow apple, hints of lime, and a unique sort of bright oak-like salinity within the semi-dry finish.
It's not quite identical to the magnonada experiences I've had in the past, but it's about as close as possible as I can imagine a spontaneous beer getting!
