16 ounce can, canned on 06/25/20. Served in an Urban Artifact chalice, the beer pours a hazy gold color with about a half inch white head that fizzled away quickly. Not much lacing at all. I like the aroma, it really does smell like pickle relish! There's dill, salt, garlic, banana peppers, onion and coriander noticeable. For the most part I think the taste is similar to the aroma but with the addition of some red sweet pepper flavor. Reminds me of eating a Chicago-Style hot dog but without the hot dog. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth and has a low/moderate amount of carbonation. Easy enough to drink, too. I thought this was a good and unique brew, definitely worth trying if you're into pickles and/or Chicago style hot dogs!
