Poured from the can into a tulip glass.
Pale amber, with hints of honey gold and brown color. Fast flowing almost mineral water carbonated bubbles hinting a sudsy white head of three fingers. Fairly quick dissolve but even a bit of surprising retention also.
Enjoyable aroma. Light touches of pickle and salt, not too much brine but also has more of a nice grass tone. Light dill and aromatics with a sharp but good funky note. Playful and enjoyable, but also not overpowering on the nose.
Light palate but filled with just a little bit of depth. Faint touches of bready malt, but a dull sourness somewhat in flavor. Slightly tart but goes more for the dill and salt angle, which it actually hits nicely. Surprisingly not too gas like in feel and flavor on the mouthfeel, and even gets a little thick. Pickle and dill flavor seems to wane a little after some time.
Fun novelty beer, but not that memorable, even in the pickle realm. Drinkable though by far without issues.

Very subtle and very nice .... A little more pickle would have been nice, but this brewer knows what it's doing and seldom misfires ... Find it and enjoy it

Xmas Pickle has a thin, white head and a translucent, gold appearance, with some lazy bubbles and no lacing. The aroma is of cucumber salad. The flavor is the same with tartness and no bitterness. Xmas Pickle has a medium body and a dry finish.

Slightly cloudy golden with a tinge of… is that pickle green? Pure white head with lots of big messy bubbles and really not much lacing. Smell is uh… sour, like a wild ale but not in a good way. Wow it really does taste like a dill pickle but more mellow sadly lacking that real acidic edge that makes pickle juice good. The more you drink it the mellower it gets as well, not good. Watery, not super pleasant to drink. Yeah, not really good.

Xmas Pickle pours a hazy golden color, with a nice sized lacing head. Aroma is pickle juice, with all the spices. Flavor is salty and tart flavors, with pickles and vinegar notes on top. Good body and feel. Overall, its actually really nice, good sour gose base, with just the right amount of pickle flavors mixed in.

Had to Try this at the beer festival smell was typical goose maybe a bit pickle forward but that could be a mental thing from the label. Base was more like a typical goose with the addition of cucumber water I distinctively remember it not really tasting like a pickle but it did have a distinct cucumber flavor. I guess they toned it down because they want to make it more drinkable? Either way it's not a bad beer a very tasty experimental!

12oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours a hazy dark yellow with a one finger foamy white head that has short retention
S- very vegetal aroma, there’s definitely some dill but it also has a bit of a boiled cabbage note. A hint of toasted wheat to close it out
T- slightly tart up front gives some lemony notes, immediately followed by a blast of pickle juice that gives just enough tartness. The finish gives toasted wheat with a salty pickle linger
M- light-medium body with medium carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a tart, dry finish
O- quite refreshing and the dill is kept in check

Aroma is big cucumbers and mild sweetness. The flavor is cucumbers/slightly sour funky dill pickle, malts/wheat and a long and tart/mildly sweet finish.

Poured out of a 12 oz can into my stange glass, this beer pours a slightly hazy, medium golden color with a nice white head that's well over an inch thick when first poured. Head settles eventually to a thin white ring lining the inside of the glass. Not much lacing. Aromas of some bready malts, briny and tart cucumber dill, and a slight herbal/grassy hop notes. The taste follows suit, with some bready malts, a hint of wheat, and the slightly salty and vinegary, somewhat tart goodness of dill pickle. A really enjoyable and refreshing flavor profile. Has a crisp, yet smooth, light to medium bodied mouthfeel with light to moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish and nice aftertaste that linger on the palate for awhile after each sip.

Xmas Pickle is one of the wildest beers on the market. It is truly a pickle beer, dill and tangy. It is bit much but perfect for pickle juice drinkers. I think about 3 oz of it would be perfect in a bloody Mary.

A- Pours from the 12oz can into a becher glass with a slightly hazy golden body. A head forms on the brew to one finger high with a foamy consistency. Small ring at the edges and some spotty lacing.
S- Really, really dilly and certainly smells like I just opened up a jar of pickles that are on the milder side of the sour spectrum. Intense herbal dill and cucumber is mostly what I am getting here.
T- A touch more balanced here and you do get more of the base Gose and sourness. Waves of fresh dill and cucumber open things up for lactic acid, lemons and a touch of sour stone fruits. Dill pickle indeed.
MF- Light bodied with a puffy and somewhat creamy texture. The carbonation is moderately high and it ends with a medium level of tartness.
The aroma is a bit too much of straight in your face herbal dill but the flavor actually finds some nice balance despite the pickle flavor being very strong still.
